The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission Licensing Division has issued two caterer/mixed-beverage licenses, two mixed-beverage licenses, one beer and wine license, one retail license and one carrier license.

Intents
Five parties have published notices of intent to apply for licensing through the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission. Cases
The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission has resolved cases against the following businesses.
Kamp's Market in Oklahoma City will pay $1,000 for allowing criminal conduct on the licensed premises.
Club Fusion in Oklahoma City will pay $150 for failure to display an employee license and failure to maintain a designated bar area.
Santa Fe Lounge in Oklahoma City will pay $100 for failure to timely renew a license.
Buffalo Wild Wings in Tulsa will pay $150 for an unlicensed manager and $500 for unlicensed employees.
Rich Bean's Coffee in Shawnee will pay $150 for failure to notify the ABLE Commission of catering events, $150 for storing alcohol without a valid storage license, and $150 for allowing use of a license by a person other than whom it was issued to.
Andolini's Pizzeria will pay $150 for an unlicensed manager and $500 for purchasing alcohol from other than a wholesaler.

The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission has issued citations to the following businesses.
CJ's Bar & Grille in Checotah was cited for a violation of settlement prior to an ABLE Commission case.
Andolini's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant in Owasso was cited for an unlicensed manager, purchasing alcohol from other than a wholesaler, possession of alcohol not entitled to received, failure to display an employee licenses and failure to notify the ABLE Commission of an officer change.
Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon in Owasso was cited for failure to display licenses and for an unlicensed manager.
The following received warning citations from the ABLE Commission.
Ice House in Bartlesville was cited for failure to provide records for inspection and for advertising a happy hour.
Ruby Tuesday in Owasso was cited for failure to display employee licenses.
Silver Dollar Gift Shop & Cafe in Collinsville was cited for failure to display employee licenses, failure to maintain a designated bar area and for an unlicensed employee.
PJ's Jack of Clubs in Collinsville was cited for failure to maintain a designated bar area and failure to display employee licenses.
Neva Johnson of Collinsville was cited for failure to display an employee license.
Garfield's Restaurant & Pub in Bartlesville was cited for failure to display employee licenses.
Local Table in Tulsa was cited for a happy-hour violation.
In The Raw Sushi in Oklahoma City was cited for advertising a happy hour.
Tapwerks Ale House & Cafe in Oklahoma City was cited for advertising a happy hour and failure to post employee licenses.
Lottinvilles Wood Grill in Edmond was cited for advertising a happy hour.
Bolero Spanish Grill in Oklahoma City was cited for advertising a happy hour.
The following received uniform citations from the ABLE Commission.
Gage D. Lahey of Parsons, Kan., was cited for public intoxication, unlawful entry into a designated bar area, being a minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage, and obstructing a police officer in the discharge of duties. Lahey was arrested at the Body Shop in Miami.
Levi E. Hallett of Miami was cited for public intoxication. Hallett was arrested at the Body Shop in Miami.
Kyle Gray of Miami was cited for public intoxication. Gray was arrested at the Body Shop in Miami.
Bobby Hurn of Miami was cited for public intoxication. Hurn was arrested at the Body Shop in Miami.
Cameron K. Compton of Miami was cited for public intoxication. Compton was arrested at the Body Shop in Miami.
Terry L. Hurn of Miami was cited for public intoxication. Hurn was arrested at the Body Shop in Miami.
Tammie Pennel of Afton was cited for the sale of alcohol to an intoxicated person, allowing a person under 21 into a designated bar area, allowing an intoxicated person to remain on the premises and allowing nudity/simulated sex acts.
Jessica Crosby of Miami was cited for the sale of alcohol to an intoxicated person.
